Enter on the downstairs level into a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, stone floor and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen includes double ovens, microwave, dishwasher and is loaded with all the cookware you might need for a feast. There is a kitchen counter bar that opens out to the dining area and living room so everyone can gather. The living room has lots of cozy seating, gas fireplace, TV/DVD, and mini bar.
There are 2 bedrooms downstairs:
Bedroom #1 has a Queen bed and attaches to a private bathroom with separate shower, jetted tub and double sinks.
Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed with access to the full bathroom in the hall with shower/tub.
There is also a laundry room on this level.
There are 3 bedrooms upstairs:
Bedroom #3 has a Trundle bed which is 2 Single Beds
Bedroom #4 has a Queen Bed
These two rooms share a bathroom with shower/tub in the hallway
Bedroom #5 has a Cal King bed with private bath that has a jetted tub, shower, double sinks. This room also has a private deck with seating in the summertime.
There is also a Loft with lots of room for games and lounging on oversized stuffed animals. This house also has a highchair, 2 Pak-n-Plays and a gate for the stairs if needed as well as a additional kid sized mattress to use in any of the bedrooms.
In the summer there is access to a propane BBQ with seating out back.
Retreat to this newly constructed home with year-round amenities. Enjoy the winter playgrounds nearby with Alpine and Nordic skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and snow mobiling. After an active day, relax in peaceful Tahoe Donner by the warm fireplace. During the summer months the home owners' association hosts activities including hiking, horseback riding, golfing, water sports, kayaking, mountain biking. HOA amenities include a full recreation center and workout facility, equestrian center, private lake beach, golf, and 2 pool areas.
