When we arrived the dryer did not work and the hot tub was not heated. We
had 5 children and a storm hitting , a dryer was necessary. We ended up
hanging clothes in front of the fire on a metal rack. It wasn't ideal ,but worked
out ok ,until the metal rack fell and went through one of the glass table
panels. We specifically chose this home because of the hot tub. It was
something that the adults were looking forward to on both nights.
Unfortunately ,we were only able to enjoy it one night ,because it wasn't
heated enough on the first night. And finally , on the day of our departure
,while we were packing up, the roof started to leak in 4 different spots.
When you take the time to research and find a home with everything you
want ,and mind you there are plenty of choices, It's really disappointing to
arrive and have these kind of issues. Especially when your paying over $500.00
a night. I think these things should have been taken care of before we arrived.

An appliance repair company was contacted immediately as soon as the owner discovered that the dryer was not working properly and the guests were notified prior to their arrival. The appliance repair company was not able to service this dryer until after the guests reservation was completed although every attempt was made to make this happen. This dryer is inspected frequently and vents are checked on a regular basis. A hot tub breaker was accidentally found in the off position and the owner walked this guest through the process to reset the breaker. The hot tub began to warm up immediately however may have been too cool for the guests during their stay. The hot tub is working fine. This home has beautiful cathedral ceilings and there are times when the ceiling collects moisture which causes a drip. The ceiling is simply "perspiring" not leaking. The owner has been researching this and has plans to make adjustments as soon as the weather warms up. This home is one of the "favorites" and is very popular. Of course all of us want guests to have a wonderful and favorable experience. We do apologize for the unforeseen issues that took place during this guests' stay. Some things are simply out of our control even when we do everything we can to make it right. The Staff at Pullen Rental Group.
