It is 5+ minutes driving distance to downtown historic Truckee shops and restaurants which can also be reached by free Northstar shuttle service. 15+ minutes to Sugarbowl, Squaw and Alpine Meadows. HOA requires that no boat, trailer, recreational vehicle, camper or commercial vehicle shall be parked or left within the properties other than within parking or storage areas designated by the HOA. Although the site contains pictures of the condo, we were still a little scared of what we would find. I am happy to say I was given everything I was promised and more. After a four hour drive, we walked into the condo with a basket of goodies (one which we forgot to pack--a bottle of wine). The house was clean with fresh towels, the kitchen was stocked with no-chipped dishes, coffee, spices and clean pans. The location was a 3 minute tram ride to the Village and 10 minutes from Raley's. My favorite part was the backyard snow slides we created. The only thing that was a little inconvenient was there was no restroom on the main floor. You had to walk to one of the other levels. But the good trade off was the laundry room was on the familyroom level which helped in checking if the gear was dry.

this condo was perfect for our family! it was really comfy, homey, and cute and we had an awesome time! it was super close to the village making skiing really convenient and i would definitely stay here again!
