Reviews of Brockway Contemporary*Lakefront*Near Northstar!   I would consider Brockway Shores again but not this unit. Reviewed by Love development but not this unit on 7/28/2010 This little development is a jewel. We met a few owners staying there and everyone was so pleasant. The care takers have so much pride and work hard at keeping the place beautiful. The view is just amazing. What else could you want right...well...Pullen Group: Awesome,--easy, timely and professional. They allowed us an early check in--no problem. However, I did inquire ahead of time weather the unit had a DVD player or stereo and the concierge, Sasha couldn't answer my basic question?? Btw--there is one for each TV. However, No cable for Tv--13 stations! Beware! No internet access. Location: Beautiful grounds, Pier, lawn, decks and great parking. So close to town and public beach. However, no beach access, which wasn't clearly defined in the description.Inside unit: Run down. Carpet stained, bathrooms need to be re-done badly. No extra towels, very little extra bedding, no throw blankets and only 2 wash clothes for 3 bathrooms? Just not super comfortable. Outside deck furniture was plastic. Table and umbrella on deck need upgraded. Not even an end table in the bunk room? Overall, I would consider Brockway Shores again but not this unit. | | | | | | | |
